Thomas Legal Group has expanded considerably. We insist on having the best people and have devoted time and energy to ensuring that we do.
Our staff are proud to work for Thomas Legal Group and are constantly striving for excellence. Training and development are ongoing for all with external programmes and backed up by our frequent internal workshops. Our commitment to quality customer service is reflected by our professional yet approachable team who often score highly in our Client Feedback questionnaires. Many of them continue to pursue further qualifications whilst with us – which we actively encourage.
Additionally we employ a dedicated Business Development Manager with over 20 years experience gained in the property sector to ensure that these high levels of customer service are maintained – something which is very unusual in the legal sector.
